The office and workshop is located in Marsh Street Tauranga. DK Electrical is a locally owned and operated company run by Director Kerry James. The business has a proven track record of over 25 years and runs a loyal dedicated team . Kerry took over Chamberlain Electrical is 1999 from Richard Chamberlain, which specialized in new residential projects and alterations. With Kerry’s commercial background the company moved into this field of new warehouses, factories, offices and commercial premises. He also provided electrical and lighting design, power and data installations. An opportunity arose in 2008 to purchase DK Electrical from David Key, with this the company moved into fuel installations. DK Electrical is an affiliated Safe Power Assured member of the Electrical Contractors Association of New Zealand (ECANZ), and are registered Master Electricians, therefore our quality work is guaranteed. Our team are registered Site Safe and CPR First Aid qualified.
Our tradesmen are all either qualified electricians or currently enrolled in apprenticeships to obtain their full qualifications. Our team supply and install to a high standard whilst meeting the client’s budget. We provide a consistent quality standard as expected by ECANZ, and all our work meets the safety and commercial criteria required in today’s market. We provide an electrical design service to all new projects including all lighting aspects, alterations and maintenance. We provide a responsive reliable service within an expected time frame and offer high priority to safety or heat issues. All members are uniformed and can provide ID if required. All vehicles are well stocked and branded professionally. All workmanship will meet or exceed the expectations of the client, this is guaranteed by us. All electrical product installed is covered by us with all suppliers guarantees applicable.
